Their is NO Quality and NO Comfort here. Comfort is the last name that was on the wall. Being checked in was good and she was friendly. That's the only reason I'm giving this place the 2 stars. First off the place needs a complete remodel. The place looks like they have made more then enough money for a fresh coat of paint and some new tile. A suggestion. Place some air fresheners though out this place. Smells like a old locker room. Rooms are decent for out of town workers. Which the place is full of! I would stay here only if my other choice was the Super 8 and that place is a hateful place. Cheap and ran down. Not a bad experience but if you have choices, choice the Microtel below or the Hampton. More money of course but you get what you pay for.
Majority or the rooms are under construction. Rooms that have been redone, we're only partially finished. Example: paint on carpets, pieces of drywall in heater/AC unit, paint doesn't go up to the ceiling or all the way to the floor. Toilet doesn't flush very well. No cold water in the bathroom sink, only hot. Tub stopper was broken. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough when cleaning the room. Sometimes floors were not swept. Sometimes towels were not removed. Sometimes room was not cleaned at all. When asked to clean the bed linens, they asked me to place linens outside the room door. I placed all linens outside as instructed. They knock on the door and tell me they can't take all of it or they will get in trouble. They returned everything except the sheet... the sheet is the only " linen" they took to wash. The comforters, pillow cases, bed pad, and blanket were not washed. Staff was friendly tho. Breakfast is served in the morning. Convince is fairly good.
Room was clean breakfast was great lots of different things to choose from everything was hot it was supposed to be hot runes were comfortable bathrooms were big enough my only complaint was the Jets weren't working on the bathtub other than that everything was fantastic
Friendly Staff,. Nice hot breakfast and,, Coffee and tea 24/7.. Room very clean.. Good night sleep
This place is not your vacation getaway hotel. Its good enough for workers to rest and go to work. Really needs updated. Running toilets. Clogged drains. Door hinge maintenance really poor. 1 washer, 1dryer, Don't expect your room to get serviced fast. Nice employees. Sale all the safes in all the rooms and get ya a update on anything. Would not take my kids here.
